Every Saturday morning at Gate No. 11 of the Tay Nam Steel Pipe Factory, the factory management organizes the Weekly Manufacturing Excellence Award Ceremony to recognize outstanding technical employees and foster a culture of continuous improvement and positive workplace engagement across the factory.
Held on a regular basis, this initiative is designed to encourage employees, acknowledge the remarkable contributions of frontline production personnel, and reinforce the company’s commitment to manufacturing excellence.
The award ceremony is concise yet meaningful, attended by all technical employees directly involved in the production lines. Those honored each week have consistently demonstrated outstanding performance, strict compliance with safety regulations, and significant contributions to maintaining the factory’s production schedule and operational efficiency.
