Every Saturday morning at Gate No. 11 of the Tay Nam Steel Pipe Factory, the factory management organizes the Weekly Manufacturing Excellence Award Ceremony to recognize outstanding technical employees and foster a culture of continuous improvement and positive workplace engagement across the factory.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Held on a regular basis, this initiative is designed to encourage employees, acknowledge the remarkable contributions of frontline production personnel, and reinforce the company’s commitment to manufacturing excellence.<\/span><\/p>\n

The award ceremony is concise yet meaningful, attended by all technical employees directly involved in the production lines. Those honored each week have consistently demonstrated outstanding performance, strict compliance with safety regulations, and significant contributions to maintaining the factory’s production schedule and operational efficiency.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the same session, the management team also reviewed the company’s Internal Code of Conduct and Workplace Communication Handbook, together with mandatory occupational health and safety regulations. This ensures that every production shift is carried out consistently, in full compliance with operational procedures, while minimizing workplace risks.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sharing his thoughts on the program, one factory employee commented: “This competition is truly meaningful. It motivates all of us to keep improving every week. I was fortunate enough to be recognized during the first three weeks, and it has encouraged me to work even harder.
